Veterans Transition Program
Veterans Upward Bound is providing free Group Transition Counseling to assist veterans who have returned from recent deployments to reintegrate into the civilian lifestyle. Counseling sessions will be led by a licensed therapist and will be available at Southwest Virginia Community College, Mountain Empire Community College, Virginia Highlands Community College and Wytheville Community College.
