Plan your schedule

Why pre-plan your schedule?

1. Talking with an advisor before enrolling will enable you to make good decisions on class choices if your first choice is unavailable in the term you need it.
2. Mapping out your curriculum ahead of time will help you keep on track for graduation and ensure that your classes will transfer. Download a copy of Southwest's Transfer Pages (PDF) to verify transfer credit for your classes.
3. Pre-planning class schedules helps minimize timeouts due to inactivity while in a session online.

What's the best way to plan my classes?

Contact an advisor either by phone or email (see advisor listing) or by coming to the Admissions Office or the Division Office of the area of your interest. If you have already talked to an advisor, you can use the Schedule Planner Form to plan out your schedule before registration.
