The governing board is free from undue influence from political, religious, or other external bodies, and protects the institution from such influence..

Judgment of Compliance: Compliance

Narrative:

The SBCC authority as outlined in enabling legislation and its policies requires that it be free from undue influence from political, religious, or other external bodies. The policies of the SBCC are also applied to the SVCC Local Board.
