SVCC provides financial statements, annual reports, and IPEDS
data to the SVCC Local Board president and other college executives that demonstrate
the sound financial health of the institution. These reports compare
expenditures to annual budgeted amounts. Local Board financial
reports are prepared each month and distributed to the President.
These reports compare current expenditures to annual budgets and
provide detail of expenditures.
At the end of the year, the VCCS issues financial statements in
accordance with the guidelines of the Commonwealth of Virginia audit
guidelines. These reports provide the basis for determining the
financial health of SVCC.
