California State
Bar Litigation

Instructions,
which advised
the California
Judicial Council
Task Force on
Jury
Instructions
during the
preparation of
California’s
official Civil
Jury
Instructions,
Fourth Set
(2003). David
Bloch is a
partner in
Winston &
Strawn’s San
Francisco
office. His
concentration is
on complex
intellectual
property
litigation,
including
commercial
disputes
involving
utility patents,

copyrights,
