Contract Award/Survey

Please access http://swvccptac.ecenterdirect.com/ to complete the survey and enter your contract award information.

!.  Click on "Retrieve your password" link (If you do not know your password)
2.  In the last name field, enter the last name that we have on file for you.
3.  In the email address field, enter the email address that this email arrived at (the email we have on file for you)
4. Click the retrieve button
5. You password and login will be emailed to you within moments
6.  After receipt of your password, return to our website:  Click on Active Client, Contract Award Report
7.  Enter your email address and your password to login
8.  Please enter your contract award information and answer the survey questions.
