| Project ACCESS hosted the third annual College Day for Russell and Tazewell county students. College Day gives high school juniors and seniors information on how to access training and certificate programs offered through Southwest Virginia Community College. As part of transition services, the students also received a wealth of information about support, employment, and acad3emic services.
