 AM I ELIGIBLE FOR SERVICES?

In order to qualify for services with Project ACCESS, an individual must present documentation of a disability by a physician or other professional and must meet all Six of the following criteria:

*  The applicant is eligible to work in the United States.

*  The applicant has a mental or physical impairment.

*  The applicant can benefit from an employment outcome.

*  The applicant requires vocational rehabilitative services.

*  The physical/mental impairment represents a substantial impediment to employment.
