SwVCC Announces Who’s Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges

Southwest Virginia Community College is fortunate to have some of the most dedicated, intelligent students to be found at any college or university. The following SwVCC students have been listed in the 2007 edition of Who’s Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges. These students were recognized because of their academic excellence and dedication as outstanding campus leaders.

The students were nominated by the administration, faculty and student body. Editors of the annual directory have included the names of these students based on academic standing, participation in community service as well as extracurricular activities and potential for continued success.

They join an elite group of students selected from more then 1,000 institutions of higher learning across the country. Outstanding students have been honored in the directory since it was first published in 1934.
