Library Instruction/Orientation Request
(
Faculty/Staff only)

Request Form

Faculty and staff, including adjunct faculty, are welcome to use this form to request a library instruction session for their class.  Forms are received by the Information Services Librarian.
The library instruction session can be tailored to the particular assignment and research needs of the class.
Make your request early in the semester (or before the start of the semester) to secure your preferred date for the session.
A session date early in the semester is not necessarily better. The optimal time for a session is after the students have received their research assignment and chosen their topics.
Instruction/Orientation is available Mon-Thurs. 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., Fridays 8:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.   Sessions for Saturday classes can be arranged.
