Note:  There are two levels of access to the IEEE collection available through VIVA (Virtual Library of Virginia).  The first level includes the research institutions, UVA, Tech, JMU, ODU, etc., who are paying for the "super size" service. We, the Virginia Community College System, are paying for a sub-set of the collection.
