SwVCC uses a product called LIFT TEXT which, when enabled and configured for a web server/site, allows each page to be converted to text for easy delivery to PDA's or cell phones as well as screen readers "on the fly" or as it is requested through a browser.
This ensures page content delivered text only is the same content as the original site contains.
SwVCC uses stylesheets for formatting purposes which streamlines site maintenance and delivery. To meet basic requirements for a W3C WCAG / A compliant site, web publishers should do the following, at minimum:
1. DO NOT use frames to build web pages.
2. Provide a text description of EVERY image on a page, including bullets or other small images used in site building.
3. Leave a space at the UPPER LEFT CORNER of the site layout to contain a text only and skip to link.
