CWES' three-fold mission:

1 Provide Workforce Solutions through flexible training options to equip workers with 21st Century skills required by regional employers to maintain competitiveness in the ever-changing global marketplace. We offer many options to match training needs for both regional employers and skilled workers, including preparation and testing for industry recognized credentials as well as credit and non-credit classes in delivery modes to match workers’ employment schedules.

2 Offer Community Solutions with stackable credentials and multiple entrance and exit points
that allow community members to complete credentials for advancement within current career, to re-career into high demand, high wage, high skills regional employment, and to explore creative interests just for fun like motorcycle riding, artisan classes, and much more.

3Develop Customized Training for regional employers to provide specialized skills
for current workers and supervisors as well as baseline skills for potential workers. We are ready
to help regional employers grow through cost- effective, high quality training options. Workforce
Development is Economic Development!
