Southwest Virginia Career Pathways Consortium perceives a dynamic future that
will include interactions in a highly competitive, technological society.
Consequently, the Consortium seeks the development of the full potential
of a diverse student population, and especially of the “neglected
majority.”
Excellence,
in its many forms and across a broad spectrum of personal capabilities,
must be fostered and nurtured.
