SWCC holds commencement exercises each Spring in the Charles R. King Community Center gymnasium. 

Spring 2011 Graduation Date

May 12, Thursday, 7 p.m.

Candidates for graduation must submit to Admissions:

an Application for Graduation (PDF)
AND
 the online Graduation Survey.

Applications should be submitted by December 14th, 2010 for Spring 2011 graduation.

When you deliver your Graduation Application to Admissions, you will be measured for cap and gown orders. See Measurement Form

NOTE: Diplomas are awarded at the end of Spring Semester only. Students completing requirements at the end of other terms may request a letter verifying completion while awaiting award of diploma by contacting the Admissions Office at admissions@sw.edu or 276.964.7293

All graduates are encouraged to attend a commencement exercise.

--Summer Term graduates may participate in the prior Spring term commencement exercise.

--Fall term graduates may participate in the following Spring term commencement exercise.

If you do not plan to participate in the graduation ceremony,  please complete the Request to Graduate in Absentia form and submit it to the Admissions & Records Office. Your diploma will be mailed within 45 days after the date of graduation.
