quickly and effectively. Selection of the required pre-requisites,
co-requisites, and
skill building courses is necessary for successful performance in a chosen curriculum and to ensure transfer classes match higher institution
requirements.

Counselors are available to assist you if you have been out of school for more than twelve months, are researching career options, withdrawing from all or most courses, or resolving special academic or personal challenges.

Transferring to a Four-year College
Refer to the Transfer Information Page for help in planning for transfer.
Students are encouraged to develop a plan so that SWCC course work matches that of the selected senior institution. Students who are unsure of transfer choices may receive assistance from SWCC's counselors, academic advisors, or the transfer specialist. Project ACHIEVE students may receive assistance from the transfer counselor.
