
Length: One-year program – Two semesters
Purpose: The student will complete course work to cover the topics associated with the CIW Foundations certification (CIW Associate) and the CIW Site Designer Certification (CIW Professional). Once the CIW Associate certification is achieved, passing another test gets the CIW Professional certification.
Occupational Objectives: Prepares students for entry-level web and web programming jobs.
Admission Requirements: Admission to the program is governed by the established admission requirements to the College. Prior knowledge of computer hardware, software and Internet is preferred. A degree in information systems, management or other business/technical program would be extremely helpful.
